Daniella has enjoyed an outstanding career as a fashion model.In 1999 she graduated from the Ludwig - Maximilians University in Munich with a masters thesis "Essay on the Photography of Paul Strand". She specialized in the visual media where she was greatly influenced by the masters of Film Noir like Fritz Lang, Elia Kazan, Orson Wells and the photography of Diane Arbus, Nan Goldin and Cindy Sherman. The discourse about the relativistic and feministic writings of Margaret Mead, Naomi Wolf and Kathy Acker initiated in her a process of experimenting with the self as a cultural being. The question of crossing borders between genders and cultures, between the inside and the outside, is one of her recurring topics. Daniella has been working as a photographer for six years and has made a name for herself especially in beauty photography.Among her clients are commercial Magazines and clients such as Cosmopolitan, MTV, Joy, Shape, Essanelle and Supercut but also independent Magazines such as Style and the Family Tunes, INDIE, VISION, PAP, and NEON. She works out of Munich and Los Angeles.
